Our leadership team and the core of our R&D team consist of veterans of the IDF elite cyber security units. Together we bring decades of real-world experience spanning a wide range of industrial sectors and technologies. This is the foundation on which Indegy builds its innovative technologies and delivers cutting-edge solutions for industrial cyber security.
Co-Founder & CEO
Before founding Indegy, Perelman led several multi-million dollar cyber security projects at the IDF and received commendation for this service and achievements. He is a graduate of the elite Talpiot military academy and has over 15 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity and protection of critical infrastructures. Perelman holds a B.Sc. in computer science, physics and math, and an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.

Mille leads Indegy’s technology research and product management activities. Prior to Indegy, Mille led engineering efforts for Stratoscale and spent several years leading cyber security research for Israel’s elite intelligence corps. Mille is a graduate of the elite Talpiot military academy and holds a Masters degree with honors in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Co-Founder & VP, R&D
For the past 20 years Ido has been an avid systems researcher of various computing technologies. After graduating from IDF’s Talpiot program, Ido served as Captain in Israel’s elite intelligence corps, where he initiated and led award-winning projects of extraordinary technical depth. Before Indegy, he was a lead developer at Stratoscale, heading the design of rack-scale networking applications.
Dana brings to her role at Indegy over 15 years of real-world expertise in the cyber security industry. She joins Indegy from Trusteer (acquired by IBM in 2013) where she led product marketing for the advanced malware protection solution as Director of Enterprise Security. Prior to Trusteer, Dana held various roles at leading security companies including Imperva, Symantec, Bindview, and Amdocs. Dana holds an engineering degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, in addition to a number of industry and vendor certifications.

CEO of Cato Networks
Shlomo has been honored with various awards, including CEO of the Year by SC Magazine in 2008, one of 20 luminaries who changed the network industry by Network World in 2006, and was inducted into the InfoSecurity Hall of Fame in April 2013. With a passion for creating and fostering successful enterprise IT-focused businesses, Shlomo was also a co-founder of Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) and co-founder and CEO of Imperva (IMPV). His previous investments include Palo Alto Networks (PANW) and Trusteer (IBM). He also holds an M.Sc in computer science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
General (Ret) David H. Petraeus
General (Ret) David H. Petraeus is the Chairman of the KKR Global Institute which supports the KKR investment and thought leadership processes, focusing on geopolitical and macro-economic trends, as well as environmental, social, and governance issues that shape the investment climate.
Prior to joining KKR, Gen. Petraeus served over 37 years in the U.S. military, including tours in Cold War Europe, the United States, Central America, Haiti, Bosnia, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the greater Middle East. Following his service in the military, Gen. Petraeus served as the Director of the CIA, leading the Agency during a period that saw significant achievements in the global counter-terrorism effort. Gen. Petraeus has received numerous U.S. military, State Department, NATO, and United Nations medals and awards, and he has been decorated by 13 foreign countries.

SVP and GM, Enterprise Solutions, Imperva
A veteran of the information security industry, Mark Kraynak advises Indegy on marketing and product strategy, in addition to his role as being in charge of Imperva’s (IMPV) product strategy and business development. Prior to Imperva, he led product marketing at Check Point, and held a position in marketing at CacheFlow (now BlueCoat). Earlier in his career, he provided technology architecture consulting for Fortune 500 clients with EY’s Center for Technology Enablement. Mark holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and English from Duke University, and a M.A in Literature from American University.
Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Amos Yadlin
Executive Director of the INSS
One of the IDF cyber security division founders, and a respected advisor on national security matters, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Yadlin advises Indegy on national security strategy and the cybersecurity threat landscape. Over his distinguished career, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Yadlin spent more than forty years in uniform, including serving as Israeli Chief of Defense Intelligence, and defense attache in Washington. Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Yadlin’s primary areas of expertise and major topics on which he has written include strategy and national security; the changes in the Middle East; the Iranian nuclear challenge; US-Israel relations; force buildup and the defense budget; intelligence and cyber-related challenges.
Co-Founder and CTO of Imperva
Amichai advises Indegy on best practices in cyber defense products. He is currently the CTO of Imperva, where he heads the Application Defense Center (ADC), Imperva’s internationally recognized research organization focused on security and compliance. Under his direction, the ADC has been credited with the discovery of serious vulnerabilities in commercial Web application and database products including Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft. Amichai regularly lectures at trade conferences and delivers monthly eSeminars and appears in CNN, the New York Times, USA Today and Washington Post. He has an M.Sc in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
