Barak PerelmanCo-Founder & CEO
As Indegy’s CEO, Barak leads the company’s global operations from the NYC headquarters. Barak is a graduate of Israel's elite Talpiot military academy and brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity strategies and protection of critical infrastructures. Before founding Indegy, Barak led large-scale cyber security projects in the IDF and received commendations for his service achievements.
Barak holds a B.Sc in Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Mille GandelsmanCo-Founder & CTO
Mille leads Indegy’s technology research and product management activities. Prior to Indegy, Mille led engineering efforts for Stratoscale and spent several years leading cyber security research for the IDF's Intelligence Corps. Mille is a graduate of Israel's elite Talpiot military academy and holds an M.Sc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Ido TrivizkiCo-Founder & VP, R&D
As Indegy’s Co-Founder and VP R&D, Ido heads the company’s engineering activities. For the past 20 years Ido has been an avid systems researcher of various computing technologies. After graduating from the IDF’s Talpiot program, Ido served as Captain in Israel’s elite Intelligence Corps, where he initiated and led award-winning projects of extraordinary technical depth. Before Indegy, he was a lead developer at Stratoscale, heading the design of rack-scale networking applications.
Ido holds a B.Sc in Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics.
Dvora joins Indegy as the CFO. She has an impressive track record in finance management with a strong focus on M&A. Her prior experience include CFO of Scodix where she spearheaded fund raising activities, and CFO and COO of Red Bend Software where she was instrumental for its acquisition by Harman International Industries for $ 200M. Dvora also held CFO positions at various other companies including Siano Mobile Silicon, eglue business technologies (which was acquired by NICE), and Scitex Vision (which was acquired by HP). In addition, she served as the Vice President, Corporate Economics at Amdocs and held various Finance positions in Scitex.
Dvora holds a B.A. in Economy and Political Science and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.
Todd WarwickVP Sales, Americas
Todd runs Indegy's sales operations for the Americas. His strong sales experience spans more than 25 years, most of which focused on IT Security. Prior to Indegy Todd served as the Area Vice President of Sales at Imperva. Previously, he held sales management positions at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. and Alcatel-Lucent, which was acquired by Nokia.
Alon BarelVP Sales, EMEA and APAC
Alon joined Indegy to manage EMEA and APAC Sales operation. Alon has over 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry, growing businesses from small volume to high turnovers and managing international sales, support, and marketing teams. Prior to joining Indegy, Alon served as Vice President at SolarEdge (Nasdaq: SEDG), where he increased sales in Europe exponentially, to over $100M a year. Alon holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Joel SilbermanVP, Business Development
Joel is a network security business development professional with more than three decades of technical, strategic and product innovation experience. As VP of Business Development, Joel heads global partner operations. Prior to Indegy, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Strongarm where he developed the go-to-market strategy and led the sales efforts culminating in the company's acquisition by WatchGlass Technologies. Before that, Silberman served as Vice President of Sales at LookingGlass Cyber Solutions Inc. Joel holds a BSEE from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Joe is a senior marketing executive with broad experience building and leading marketing teams for a variety of global B2B organizations in the technology, defense, telecom and publishing industries. As Chief Marketing Officer at Indegy, he is defining the Industrial Control Systems market category and creating breakthrough programs to drive market awareness and thought leadership. Prior to Indegy, Joe held a number of sales, channel and marketing roles with companies including BAE Systems, Avaya and Time Warner. Joe is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA in Marketing.

Shlomo Kramer is the co-founder and CEO of Cato Networks. He was named CEO of the Year by SC Magazine in 2008, one of “20 luminaries who changed the network industry” by Network World in 2006, and was inducted into the InfoSecurity Hall of Fame in April 2013. As a network security expert and serial entrepreneur with a passion for fostering successful enterprise IT-focused businesses, Shlomo co-founded Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) and Imperva (IMPV). His previous successful investments in cybersecurity companies include Palo Alto Networks (PANW) and Trusteer (IBM).
Magma Venture Partners is a leading Israeli venture capital firm, dedicated to investing in Israel’s Information, Communications and Technology space (‘ICT’), including the software, semiconductor and new media spheres.
Yahal Zilka is the Co-Founder of Magma Venture Partners and leads the business development and the financing-related activities of the Fund and its portfolio. In addition to serving as Director on the Board of Indegy, Yahal also serves as Director on the boards of SightEra-Magisto, and Valens Semiconductor. Previously, Yahal was on the boards of Waze (acquired by Google, NASDAQ: GOOG), Onavo (acquired by Facebook, NASDAQ:FB), DesignArt Networks (acquired by Qualcomm, NASDAQ: QCOM) and Phonetic Systems (acquired by Nuance, NASDAQ: NUAN).

Theresia Gouw, co-founder and managing partner of Aspect Ventures, backed her firm’s investment in Indegy. She also led the firm’s early investments in Cato Networks, Exabeam, ForeScout, The Muse, SelfScore, BirchBox, and BaubleBar. Prior to Aspect, Theresia was a Partner at Accel where she championed many successful companies through IPOs or acquisitions: Imperva (IMPV), Trulia (TRLA), LearnVest (Northwestern Mutual), Jasper Design (CDNS), Kosmix (WMT).

General (Ret) David H. Petraeus is the Chairman of the KKR Global Institute which supports the KKR investment and thought leadership processes, focusing on geopolitical and macro-economic trends, as well as environmental, social, and governance issues that shape the investment climate.
Gen. Petraeus served over 37 years in the U.S. military, including tours in Cold War Europe, the United States, Central America, Haiti, Bosnia, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the greater Middle East.
